The Unreleased "Announced" Thanksgiving Party! EP:
A collection of unreleased Thanksgiving-themed songs recorded by Jake, Phillip, and Sunshine. The album was planned to hold 5-6 tracks but was quickly shelved due to poor timing. However, the album is finished (in regards to vocals) and only has a few more songs that would need to be carefully mixed before being released.

Delayed, Unused, or Shelved Albums from Jake!
Kids Love to Play (2020 album)
This album was very tricky to complete during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jake was only successful of accomplishing two recordings: "The Farmer in the Dell" and early versions of "The Wheels on the Bus" - which would both become fully finished and released on Sing, Dance, and Play (2021 album). Other songs were planned such as: "Baby Beluga", "The More We Get Together", "Old MacDonald Had a Farm", "John Bradlelum", and "I'm Bringing Home a Baby Bumblebee" - which was slightly different from the official single released of the same year (2020). A finished album cover does exist in the vault!

Halloween Video and Song Deleted (2023)
Did you know about this "spooky" fact? The "Jake Channel Halloween" film special released on October 17th, 2023 did not feature the filmed music video for the song, "Hey Diddle Diddle". Jake had intentions adding the song into the special but had a difficult time crafting up the respective cartoons that he wanted to animate into the video (example: cat playing the fiddle). Jake has not publically shared this and plans to keep the music video hidden in the Jake Channel Vault until a few more years later, possibly 2028. Who parties like Prince???
There is an unreleased Prince song by Jake titled, "Housequake". The song had to be removed due to regional barriers and copyright violations. While we were deeply heartbroken by this cover being blocked, we feel confident in sharing that this song does exist but cannot be released on our usual platform - YouTube. "Housequake", a Prince song, was released under his platinum album, "Sign O' The Times" from the Late 80s. Jake rewrote a few inappropriate lyrics all in one take while recording the song. A rushed Jake Channel cover demo? A rushed Jake Channel song? Jake had to record quickly due to studio time running out. One day...we will all HOUSEQUAKE together! |
GROOVY BOPS SESSIONS (Outakes and Demos):
Gumdrops, Lollipops, and Fun Bops (Demo Track to "The Boogie Rhyme Song")
This song was planned for the release under Groovy Bops (2022 album), but did not make the final cut because of the unfinished form of the song. Jake also mentioned that the staff was extremely limited on recordings for this album..which forced him to drop this demo. After the release of Groovy Bops (2022 album), Jake and his team worked on the song with selecting certain parts and mashing them into a complete "finished" mix called, "The Boogie Rhyme Song". The original recording of the original demo is thankfully stored safely in the vault!
**-Has been released from the 2024 Deluxe Edition of "Groovy Bops!"

Here We Go 'Round the Mulberry Bush
Jake shelved the final mixed track of "Here We Go 'Round the Mulberry Bush" instead of having it added in on Groovy Bops (2022 album). There are two versions of this track: one is mainly Jake singing along, the second version features adlibs from Phillip the Fuzzy-Purple Monster.

2022 RECORDING SESSIONS (Demos and Deleted Tracks)-
Fidget Spinner (Unreleased Song from...Jake at College)
This was recorded during Jake's earlier planning phase for a series titled, "Jake at College", which was taken place around "Groovy Bops" sessions. The song was in hopes to be released within a fidget-related release but never got around to being officially published. However, there has been an awakening of plans to include a "stress-free" album within the last few weeks of 2023.
Thanksgiving Themed Album, 2022
Thanksgiving Recordings 2022 is a session recorded somewhat poorly. Jake shared with his team that he had intentions on releasing a late-minute Thanksgiving themed album. This did not work! Songs that have been recorded but not mixed are: Six Little Turkeys That I Once Knew, S.M.I.L.E (The Smile Song), Turkey Wobble, and Round Up the Cows. It is unknown if these songs will be released anytime soon. "Turkey Gobble, Turkey Wobble" recently received an extended mix that was added into the vault during February 2023.
2023 VAULT TRACKS (Demos and Deleted Tracks)-
The following tracks show proof that they have been safely stored in the Jake Channel Vault for later usage. The following tracks include; There's a Hole in the Bottom of the Sea, Friday Fresh Fish (Monday Remix), Boom Boom Ain't it Great to Be Crazy? (Crazy Mix Edition), Boom Boom Ain't it Great to Be Crazy? (Demo Remix), and Groovy Bops! (The Mashup).
The Jake Channel's production throughout 2023 was not seen as much from the public, but a lot of material was recorded for albums, music videos, 12-minute specials, and the potential uprising of 2 live-action series.
